Positive: Superb location --Pool-great washer and dryer-

Negative: No dressers no drawers except night table no tea kettle mismatched furniture( two sofa end tables chair in bedroom small couch in living room ) no place in hallway for putting on shoes bedroom window did not open tv mounted too high for comfortable viewing fireplace did not come on ( no pilot light)
